DOLCE Entertainment, (DOLCE) is a Miami based music, film, fashion, art, multimedia and event entertainment company.
DOLCE was masterminded and founded by MARCELA DI SANTO in 2003.
Carl "CHILLY" Monestime teamed up with MARCELA in this entertainment venture and together they both started the production of their traveling party 'DOLCE'.
The DOLCE parties became and still are the signature party of the company. The party travels from different venues in different locations through out USA and Europe.
DOLCE creates different themes for the parties and special events, through visuals and small details the parties pamper all you need to enjoy music with a great atmosphere.

The DOLCE team are not only talented individuals and known in the industry, but they also have impressive backgrounds and careers.
Marcela Di Santo brings in the European taste with her Italian roots, she also has backgrounds in political science, international public relations and film production. She speaks English, Italian, French, Spanish and some German and is recently learning Russian.
Carl Monestime aka Chilly, brings the witty and wise attitude from Brooklyn, NYC and the culture from Haiti. He has lived in London in the past and during that time he learned from the best in the music industry. Chilly is also an entertainment attorney with many respectable clients. He is fluent in English, French, Creole and living in Miami he is picking up on his Spanish. You could catch Chilly playing at the hottest venues in Miami.
Patrice Benjamin, known as 'Soul P', brings in the sharpness and charm from Montreal, Canada. He is a family man with an adorable baby boy. He has a background in Computer Science as well as sound engineering and recently started producing his own music. He also speaks English, French and Creole.
You could catch Soul P when he djs at different venues in Miami and Montreal.
Marc Marshall, has the street wise charm from Washington DC. He was born into a musical family, his dad, Pete Mars, who enjoyed success as an RCA recording artist and his late godfather, Van McCoy, famed composer of 'Do the Huslte', were his first influences. Marc Marshall now resides in Dubai where he is the musical director of Okku and is also working on his music production.
The DOLCE team together have a great mix of talent, culture, worldwide destinations, cool personalities and lots of knowledge in the industry.
